Comprehensive Community Support Services
Community Support Services (CCSS) aim to provide individuals and families with the necessary support to help them recover, grow, and build resilience. These services focus on improving areas like living independently, learning new skills, finding and keeping a job, socializing, and engaging in recreational activities. CCSS offers various types of support, including coaching and overcoming obstacles that may prevent individuals from developing the skills needed to live independently in the community.
CCSS also helps individuals by identifying and connecting them with the services and support outlined in their personal plan. This includes offering help during times of crisis, as well as providing one-on-one support to empower individuals to make informed, independent decisions.
CCSS services are in addition to therapy. This collaborative approach ensures that individuals receive both emotional and practical support, which is essential for long-term healing, recovery, and independence.
* Eligibility for CCSS will be determined by a Psychiatric Diagnostic Evaluation.
